Sunset Safari

“Sunset Safari - Fabulous evening We went on this tour last Wednesday. Gll collected us at the agreed time and place and my Husband and I immediately felt at ease in his company. He's very friendly and speaks good English. After collecting another couple from a nearby hotel we set off on our journey. We made our way through some lovely villages then off road to the olive, almond and orange groves as well as sampling some wild herbs & fruits. We then went to a local farm in the mountains and met with a family that have been making traditional liquors and honey for decades and we got to sample some of their lovely produce. We then made our way off road to the point where we watched the sun go down while listening to music and drinking port. That was amazing! The evening was rounded off with an excellent three course meal with drinks at a local restaurant and then we were dropped off back at our apartment. Gil is very knowledgeable about the areas we visited and he looked after us all very well. Would highly recommend this trip.”

We watch the sun as it slowly disappear between the mountains. It was such an amazing feeling to have witnessed it. A must try experience and would recommend to anyone.””

“Really great day out - with 2 hilarious guys, our guide/ driver in the jeep had superb knowledge of local history and we had a running commentary on the local plants and trees and what they are used for. We finished off with a superb mountain top view of the sunset and complimentary port, before being whisked off for a three course meal with wine and coffee. Highly recommended and excellent value.”

“even in low season this was a lovely experience and Gil our guide was very nice n went out of his way for anything we needed. I loved to see the sunset and it was very romantic...my boyfriend proposed to me after that during the meal!!! so we ended up at the restaurant longer than anticipated but our guide did not mind at all. Top marks all round!”
