This company is responsible and booking agent between customers, the carrier and all suppliers that contribute to the tours presented on this website. ZEBRA SAFARI TOURS is not responsible for the death, illness, injury, damage or loss of any kind to our passengers during the tours. This company has all the insurance required by the law of the Portuguese Republic, through Ageas Seguros and Allianz Seguros, both internationally renowned and all transports have complete insurance.

It is the customer’s entire responsibility to be at the pick up meeting / reception point at a pre-arranged and informed time. If you do not attend, you are not entitled to any refund. Meals and entrance fees to monuments are only included when specifically mentioned. Extras and supplements are not included.

The prices presented here include all taxes and fees according to the law of the Portuguese Republic. The company reserves the right to cancel any tour if it does not have the minimum number of participants required. It is advisable not to leave these experiences for the last day of vacation. Our tours sell out as we work with small groups. The customer is entitled to a 100% refund whenever the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. Any customer with any type of restrictions (health, weight, food or other) must always mention it when booking.

The child price ranges from 0 to 10 years. We provide a free booster and / or baby seat according to Portuguese law. This company reserves the right to refuse / expel from the tour, without the right to refund any passengers who show signs of alcoholism, drugs or any type of misconduct and harmful to the quality of the tour.

Our drivers speak Portuguese, English and French. For another language you must request it when booking; All tours are subject to change without notice, without the right to claim, when due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (weather conditions, mechanical failure, traffic jams, lack of safety conditions); Any claim will only be accepted when presented to the issuing agency for the ticket / voucher, within a maximum period of 5 days after the tour has taken place.

In accordance with European Community directives, complaints will only be valid if the suppliers involved (hotels, guides or local agents) confirm the veracity of the alleged facts. Any litigation will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Algarve Consumer Information, Mediation and Arbitration Center.
